Paul's memories:
I was in Ora Drummond School in 68 / 69 - it was a great place!
I lived half a mile down the road from the school, my brother Eric went there 2 or 3 years after me.
I remember that Ms. Drummond was very strict - or maybe I was just a pain! (probable I was just a pain!). But, she was fantastic! The play ground and climbing bars were great.
There was one particular book we had to read (I think it was the 'House the Jack Built') (Comment from Mrs Drummond your right Paul it was the House that Jack built) that I never enjoyed - I couldn't get my head around it!
I was back in Kenya a few years ago and was shocked (really) to see that the school had been demolished).
Great to see that someone is keeping her Schools Memory alive and delighted to hear that Mrs. Drummond is a proud Grand mother!
